Summary:
The Associate Talent Management Analyst is responsible for assisting with design, development, implementation and support of talent management processes and programs for the IS Department to maximize the strategic use of human capital. This includes but is not limited to: succession planning, retention strategies, career development processes, and training initiatives (development and delivery). This position reports to the Manager of IS Human Capital.

Responsibilities:
Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with IS candidates and IS management
Responsible for driving retention and turn over reduction efforts through turnover analysis, partnership with departments during exit reviews, and working with management to develop specific retention strategies and plan execution.
Responsible for coordinating employee appreciation activities and events as needed.
Responsible for talking informally with team members and attending meetings of managers and supervisors as requested to facilitate effective interpersonal communication among participants and to ascertain Team Member relations and work related problems that adversely affect morale and productivity.
Responsible for design, implementation and execution of talent management programs
Develop strategies for high-potential development and talent retention
Benchmark, research and analyze talent management trends and develop recommendations to address talent challenges, gaps and process improvements
Provide consultative support to managers for employee development
Work with IS departments and HR on education projects; coordinating, development, delivery depending on the need.
Create ad hoc data requests
Assist with Human Capital projects including the IS Internship program, New Manager Orientation, and Recruitment Workshops
Assist with contingent labor as needed
Administer and support FTE metrics for data analysis, presentations, recommendations, forecasting, and reporting
Work with HR to maintain accurate records and ensure quality and accuracy of data by performing routine data audits
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of professional experience can be substituted.
1 year of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of training and retention programs
Strong problem solving skills, process improvement orientation, financial analysis
Ability to develop written communications, training presentations and materials such as participant and instructor guides; advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
MS Excel and SharePoint experience
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
General compensation knowledge required including compliance with the state and federal laws
Well organized and confident to work independently but also a strong team player
Experience in partnering with teams to facilitate execution of training and retention programsIS Staff / Data Processing
Organization: CHS CorporateEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
