Community Health Systems Professional Services Corporation seeks a Hospital Site Project Coordinator for its Franklin, TN, headquarters' Marketing team.
Job Summary
The primary function of the Hospital Site Project Coordinator is to lead the management and reporting needs of all hospital websites, related content and associated vendors. For this function, the position will report to the Sr. Hospital Site Manager. The Project Coordinator and Sr. Hospital Site Manager will meet regularly in order to provide consolidated project updates and reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Services. The Project Coordinator is responsible for client service and project management of small to large-scale, custom web development and related strategy projects from planning through implementation and maintenance. This position involves managing the online presence for the multiple (and growing) CHS hospitals.
This position is based at the company's headquarters in Franklin, TN. This person will be expected to devote whatever time is required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage/monitor all web needs, requests and reporting of our hospitals and related website properties and supporting vendors
Work with internal development team and third-party providers through all aspects of the project lifecycle, including assessment and strategy development, requirements development, technology integration, and ongoing campaign/project management.
Develop work plans and other strategic documents to articulate project objectives &timelines.
Develop reports and dashboards as needed to support stakeholder reviews and needs.
Manage Web Services team workflows, from scoping to timeline development to execution to exceed stakeholder expectations
Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
Manage timely presentation and completion of deliverables and regular status updates, including updates to Sr. Hospital Site Manager on unexpected delays.
Employ effective problem solving strategies with hospitals and web team members.
Maintain open dialogue with Sr. Hospital Site Manager regarding resource expectations.
Work closely with Physician Practice Site Project Managers and Digital Project Specialists to appropriately delegate work to internal Web Services team.
Qualifications/Skills Required
5-7 or more years' experience as a project manager with digital experience required.
Proficient in HTML/XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, MS Office Suite, Illustrator a plus.
Proficient in Google analytics and other analytics solutions - including set-up, reporting, data management a plus
Experienced in Excel and other database solutions
Knowledge of usability testing and user experience design implementation
Collaborative, innovative, solutions-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter
Knowledge of marketing and online campaign management and reporting
A track record of effectively dealing with stakeholders and senior level executives.
A track record in significantly and consistently contributing to the growth and profitability of past employers.
The ability to work in a highly complex, turbulent market-driven industry and in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex and team oriented organization.
Excellent intrapersonal skills as well as both oral and written communications skills.
Solid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills and ability/experience in leading and guiding professional work teams. .

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
