This is an excellent opportunity for a promising career working with a large multi-state residential real estate law firm. Job duties include processing or preparing residential real estate transactions by determining requirements; clearing titles; assembling, preparing and reviewing closing documents, disbursing funds and preparing title policies. To be considered, it is imperative that applicant has prior experience processing or preparing all types of residential real estate closings for a law firm or title company. Other requirements are the ability to work well in a fast paced environment as well as possess the ability to handle pressure well and meet deadlines.
