Job Description
This role is responsible for auditing accounts for setup accuracy prior to first payroll being run for a New Account Implementation or add on service (such as After Payroll Solutions). The QAC is notified by a Regional Account Coordinator that setup is complete and ready to be audited. The QAC is responsible for audit of the account, documentation of audit results using assigned technological solutions (Access database and SalesForce), and providing feedback to the submitting Regional Account Coordinator for error correction prior to the first payroll run. Duties include primarily, but not limited to, delivery of an error free payroll; however, may be asked to assist with conversion of payroll and tax data onto BenefitMall Payroll applications, continued support and set-up of ancillary payroll functions such as GL, 401K, and new business locations, as business needs dictate.
Required Skills
Responsible for audit of implemented accounts for new and existing clients that utilize the products sold and delivered to New Account Implementation team(s) for designated payroll platform(s) and associated after payroll solutions
Responsible for providing feedback related to audit findings to enable RAC correction of errors prior to the first payroll being run for a newly implemented client
Responsible for implementation of accounts for new and existing clients that utilize the products sold and delivered to New Account Implementation team(s) for designated payroll platform(s) and associated after payroll solutions
Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling, driving a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 25lbs
Occasional long, irregular hours
Other duties as assigned by manager
Required Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
5-7 years payroll experience required
Thorough knowledge of BenefitMall payroll applications and associated implementation processes
Thorough knowledge of BenefitMall partner product offerings and associated implementation processes
Experience with BenefitMall proprietary software is necessary
Solid written, verbal and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced productivity driven customer service environment
Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot technical PC problems and software installations; related to payroll services and after payroll solutions
Experience with technical payroll customer support/training is highly desired
Experience providing feedback or acting as a mentor to a peer is highly desired
