Title: Specialist GSS Technical Consultant
Location: Tennessee-Franklin
Plan and Organize Content integration projects for customers.
- Perform design workshops prior to equipment implementation to collaborate with customer and plan integration of HCP with HDS products and 3rd party products.
- Oversee the technical activities in POC, Try-and-buy, or implementation projects to ensure technical configuration.
- Will create materials for methodologies.
- Interactions will include providing leadership though all phases from customer qualification through scoping to project completion.
- Assist communicating new and updated service capabilities to the field.
- Participate in services sizing, scoping, and definition activities
- Represent service delivery directly to customers by visiting before, during, and after projects.
Existing STC Contractor converting to a Full time Role within the Content practice.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
