The Project Manager - EHS Learning Solutions independently plans and carries out moderate projects involving small to medium level projects to achieve stated objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Managing the implementation of small to medium projects Provides overall leadership and support to project team members Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks. Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly Interfaces with Business Unit Leaders, and with Finance and develops ROI, IRR, and other financial measures. Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly Adheres to program and project governance (controls). Plans the overall project and monitors the progress, and performs daily project management throughout the project's life cycle Manages the project's budget and financial performance Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies Manages and utilizes resources Aligns the deliverables (outputs) to the project's outcome with the aid of the business change manager Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices What makes you a great fit:
SKILLS Strong project management and team leadership skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sponsor reporting and escalation experience Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, presentation, and organization skills Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues to ensure business success Understanding of software development lifecycles (i.e., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative) In depth understanding of project management concepts Education/Expereince Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field More than four years of project management experience Project management experience in an enterprise software environment preferred eLearning and safety experience preferred, course development experience is ideal PMI certification strongly desired Experience working with project and portfolio management tools preferred (OpenAir, MS Project, etc.) UL has COVID-19 protocols and policies in place to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and clients. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
