Quick Apply Full-time 16 hours ago Full Job Description The Franklin Housing Authority (FHA) is hiring a community manager to be part of a team responsible for the management of a 48-unit senior community as well as a new 126 unit affordable housing development in Franklin.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience including a thorough understanding of compliance.
Familiarity with other affordable programs such as Section 8 is desired.
The FHA has a very generous benefits package including 100% employer paid health, dental and vision for the employee.

Thirteen paid holidays, personal and sick time and additional merit based year end pay when funding allows.
