Clinical Manager
Responsibilities:
Facilities Visit allocated locations of Franklin/ Brentwood weekly Walk through entire building assuring facilities are maintained according to standard Ensure all phones, computers, printers, and faxes are in working order Responsible for oversight of vendors on-site Maintain Vendor Visits and Repairs log Ensure vendors sign contractor/vendor non-disclosure agreement before work begins Problem solve facility issues as arise before contacting Director of Business Operations Ensure OSHA/CLIA guidelines and documentation being followed and recorded (Nurse Station Logs) Human Resources Oversee timesheet and Time Off approval Understand and follow the Human Resource process of hiring, monthly feedbacks, annual reviews disciplining, and terminating employees Create staff schedule one month in advance and edit as needed Administrative Serve as primary point of contact between staff and Chief Clinical Officer Ensure staff is completing Actions, Telephone Encounters, and Patient Portal requests in a timely manner Assist with local marketing endeavors (Health Fairs) Assist Chief Clinical Officer as requested Assist in Annual Review of clinical staff Ensure locations balanced daily and end of day procedures/protocols are followed Responsible for cross training Clinical Staff Send out weekly update to required supervisors/management leaders Train or assign training coordinator to assist with clinical training of all new hires Education and
Experience:
At least 3 years clinical experience Knowledge of EMR/Practice Management software a plus Strong interpersonal skills Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
