Responsibilities:
Intake Coordination Correspond with potential clients through email and phone calls.
Answer questions about intake process and billing.
Place clients with the best fit clinician for their scheduling or therapeutic needs.
Communicate with clinicians to facilitate a smooth transition to mental health treatment.
Administrative Duties Responsible for collecting hours and inputting into payroll software.
Create and distribute a monthly newsletter.
Order and stock office supplies.
Participate in a team meeting once a month and keep clinicians updated on administrative issues.
Coordinating and communicating with the accountant about business expenses.
Social Media Management Create graphics and content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google my Business, and LinkedIn.
Review trending topics and manage social media strategy.
Manage social media scheduler for consistent posting.
Preferred Skills:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
