The Accounts Payable Support Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily activities within the AP Invoice Processing and AP Customer Service Teams.
This person will provide the support for and to vendors, Corporate Headquarters and operating facilities for the timely resolution for open issues.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversee the resolution of invoices, credit memos and other related transactions that require additional review for timely processing Develop and maintain interactions with Loews facilities, regarding customer service and team performance.
Provide facility support regarding complex, process-related problems and resolve systemic issues with facility operation.
Assist the AP Disbursements Team regarding payments, voids, wires, and external payment activities Provide excellent customer service to all, including vendors, operating facilities, corporate headquarters, and Financial Service Center teammates Recruit and obtain quality AP talent for the AP Processing team as needed Measure the efficiency of AP Processing and Customer Support teams, and make suggestions to senior leadership to improve performance Ensure all Loews and FSC policies, processes, and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented Monitor performance and provide development opportunities for all direct reports Research, analyze, prepare, and communicate reports on targeted AP processes and review internal controls for accuracy and compliance Track team KPI's and SLA's and communicate results throughout the P2P Team and Management Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Accounting / business related field or 5 years work experience in an AP leadership role Preferences:
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable process Shared Service / Multi-unit AP environment experience Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet stringent deadlines Oracle ERP experience Imaging and / or OCR technology experience Concur Travel and Expense experience Hospitality or related industry experience Job Type:
