A Judges Assistant is the judicial assistant to the presiding Williamson County Juvenile Court Judge and completes various clerical and administrative work.
Such duties and responsibilities may include but not exclusive:
review and prepare the Judge's dockets for accuracy, receive and organize court reports from outside agencies, and communicate with attorneys regarding schedules and documents.
A person in this position must be able to multi-task, complete tasks in a timely manner, and be organized.
Must have the ability to interact effectively and professionally with the population/ public who are served by the Juvenile Court.
Basic computer knowledge of various software programs preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Applicants for this position should have the qualifications and experience necessary to understand and perform tasks such as those listed above and other similar duties.
