6 week paid training program through Seek One Academy to set you up for success (no roofing experience required) 1099 position with opportunities and support to make over $100k your first year Team trips for top performers Weekly team happy hours Monthly bonuses based on performance RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
Prospect and cultivate relationships with homeowners through D2D Generate inspection reports of damages to the roof Explain and assist clients through the insurance claims process of receiving a brand-new roofing system Help homeowners with selections and project build out Keep up with industry market knowledge as the outside sales representative QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:
Self motivated, disciplined, accurate, and confident team-players Comfortable interacting face to face with clients Ability to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary Reliable transportation required Previous sales experience required Must currently reside in or around the Franklin, TN area #outsidesalesjobs #roofingsales #salesjobs Job Type:
