Job Description:
This family is looking for an organized, grounded and hardworking candidate to come manage their home.
Though they don't need any childcare help (their youngest is 18), they need help running and maintaining the home.
The ultimate goal of this position is to free up time for the family to spend together when the parents aren't working.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
(1) Picking up the house each day and throughout the day as needed (2) Running various errands i.
e returning online orders, dry cleaning, etc (3) Cooking dinners (usually 3-4 nights a week) (4) Tackling projects around the house (5) Managing relationships with household vendors i.
e.
landscaping, pool maintenance, etc (6) Grocery shopping (7) Organizing the house as well as maintaining areas that have already been organized (8) Laundry (9) Taking care of household plants (10) Taking care of their two small dogs that like a lot of attention! Qualifications Positive, hard working candidate Proactive Detail oriented Extremely organized/likes to organize Anticipates needs/problems before they arise Excellent time management skills Competent multi-tasker Driver's License and vehicle (required) MUST be a dog person - you will be spending 8 hours a day with them and you'll need to provide them enrichment (i.
