The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting our attorneys with their day-to-day tasks and supporting the team in general.
This position will also be responsible for providing support to other attorneys and support staff as needed.
Responsibilities Assist attorneys with their day-to-day tasks Assist attorneys with their administrative tasks Assist attorneys with their research projects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Work closely with other attorneys, support staff, and management to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation Provide support to other employees as needed Communicate with coworkers and management regularly regarding your performance, including but not limited to issues of performance, behavior, and client matters Participate in meetings as requested by attorneys or management Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, case packets, briefs, etc.
