Qualified candidates will have the following:
Commercial construction experience with a strong background in tenant finish and remodel
Strong leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
Understanding of architectural and MEP drawings
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
Essential job duties:
Lead by example, demonstrating OUR customer-first philosophy and representing our company in a friendly, professional manner
Ensure field personnel have a clear understanding of safety expectations
Understand customers plans and expectations and effectively communicate and coordinate with the customer representative(s)
Manage on-site activity in accordance with the project plan
Correspond regularly with the project manager related to performance and progress
Monitor and maintain the construction schedule and document progress via photos and reports
Identify and solve problems to ensure compliance with contracts and to meet/exceed customer expectations
Manage subcontractors quality of work and adherence to project plan and schedule, including punch lists and closeout
Coordinate and lead meetings related to project needs
Develop and maintain relationships with the team, subcontractors, customers, and others
