Our client located in Franklin, TN is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team

The Administrative Assistant is a direct hire opportunity, with a hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor inbox emails relating to business (non-patient) matters, tracking priority and reporting to EA
  • Support EA with calendar management for CEO, liaising with other schedulers and escalating issues as necessary
  • Assist with mail, calls, and booking personal appointments
  • Support EA with travel coordination such as researching flight options, monitoring upgrades, and updating travel documents with changes
  • Complete organizational and office support, such as typewriting, transcription, faxing, and printing
  • Maintenance of the online filing system and contact database, including organizing, labeling, storing, and retrieving files
  • Sustain professionalism and stern confidentiality with all materials, and exercise caution when interfacing and sending documents
  • Coordinate administration of content and flow of information to EA
  • Run occasional errands for CEO

  • Works well with others
  • Very responsive to time sensitive items.
  • Must have excellent organization and communication skills
  • Tech savvy

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
