8K a year We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
This is a full time position with benefits, Monday thru Friday within the hours of 8-5 daily.
Must have excellent computer skills, phone skills, and multi-taking ability.
Skills required but not limited to for this position are as follows:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner within our showroom - Provide excellent customer service skills while answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate individuals - Perform general administrative tasks as assigned - Utilize computerized systems for order entry and maintaining data records - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred - Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
