The candidate manages outside non-insured litigation and related litigation processes. Works with and assists the Senior Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel on various litigation matters. Manages outside, non-insured litigation, including case strategy, supervision of outside counsel, legal process and subpoenas. Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations. Examines legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit. Manage written and electronic discovery. Prepare and/or review business contracts and administer other legal matters.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
