To support our emerging growth, we are looking for an aggressive, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our team. If you have five our more years of experience in marketing communications or product marketing, especially in healthcare, we'd like to talk to you. Your responsibilities will include defining and driving a results-oriented marketing and development plan, while executing such marketing programs as: lead generation, market awareness, website creation and development, and sales support activities.
Collaborate with marketing, operations and leaders to identify and develop marketing programs that drive results for physician practices regionally and healthcare coding opportunities nationally.
Develop marketing and communication plans, strategies, and calendars.
Develop communication materials for specific programs including written communications, website content, sales enablement, collateral, etc.
Deliver high-impact, interactive lead generation programs including direct marketing, events, advertising, interactive programs (i.e., webinars, newsletters), etc. to diverse consumer and B2B targets.
Manage creation and delivery of sales and marketing materials to support business development teams, along with supporting interactive tools.
Justify required marketing budget with emphasis on specific product solutions initiatives. Track continuing progress against the plan; including market share, revenue, contribution margin, generated leads and budget spending
Support CRM and Marketing Automation system administration.
Develop/maintain company social media messaging strategy.
Bachelor's degree required, minimum of 5
years marketing communications or product marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
A successful track record which includes past experience building creative marketing programs that demonstrated tangible results against objectives.
Experience in the healthcare provider and/or healthcare vendor B2B services industry is ideal.
High energy, detail-oriented, and organized, including an ability to support multiple simultaneous projects and program elements in a fast-paced environment.
Direct, interactive and social media marketing are strongly desired.
Extremely outward-facing, with strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills preferably with past experience in a client service environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in building clear, effective marketing content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and and technology-based marketing platforms is desirable.
