Description
Community Health Systems seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Clinical Information Systems management team for assigned duties and special projects. The person in this position schedules meetings, assists vendors, processes invoices and otherwise relieves department members of administrative support and business detail.
Responsibilities:
Compose and type routine correspondence on regular basis
Proofread, edit and revise Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
Compile and organize data into monthly & quarterly departmental reports
Maintain tracking and associated electronic files, detailing information requests while facilitating timely submission of responses
Correspond with vendors and CHS facilities to request additional invoice documentation, provide payment status updates or request expedited processing
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas
Maintain electronic calendar to schedule meetings, conference calls, interviews and appointments
Schedule travel arrangements, prepare and submit expense reports
Answer and screen telephone calls

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma required; Bachelor''s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior level management
Strong organization experience and multitasking abilities.
Healthcare/Information Systems experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Excellent communication skills necessary

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
