Community Health Systems Professional Services Corporation seeks a Business Office Support Assitant for its Franklin, TN, headquarters' Shared Services Center team.

Summary: Compile, analyze and produce reports used for tracking hospital compliance of PFS policies and procedures on a monthly and quarterly basis. Provide administrative/clerical support to VP's Administrative Assistant, SSC Regional Directors, SSC Directors and SSC Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assure all hospital submissions are received timely in order to be able to compile and analyze before distribution monthly and quarterly.
Correspond with hospital BOMs and CFOs when needed to obtain outstanding detail for reports.
Process invoices, wire requests, expense reports and monthly hospital allocation reports for approval and submission to Accounting.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

Education/
Experience:
3-5 years administrative experience
High school graduate minimum education required.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
