Job Profile:
Responsible for ensuring successful screening events and positive customer satisfaction. The Event Operations Specialist will work with the Implementations team, external vendors, account team, the finance team and customer representatives to successfully manage screening events.

Responsibilities:
Manage vendor relationships to ensure a collaborative relationship exists to meet Healthways goals.
Develop and manage client specific project plans and work directly with the client.
Conduct regularly scheduled conference calls, internal trainings, client trainings and Web Ex meetings with clients and/or vendors to ensure protocols are followed according to client expectations.
Develop in depth knowledge of all screening options and processes.
Negotiates service contracts, SOP's and prices for new vendor set up.
Conduct Data Analysis on delivery and reconciliation of screening data and QA's related load files/reports.
Monitor vendor performance guarantees to ensure appropriate processing of payment.
Troubleshoot to resolve vendor, client and participant issues to ensure successful screening events.
Job consist of 30%-Client Management / 30%-Vendor Management / 30%-Task Management /10%-Internal Projects and Meetings
## Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree required
4-5 years'' experience in an operational capacity; preferably in the Healthcare industry.
Exceptional ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.
Demonstrates time management skills (i.e., prioritization, timely follow-up, with other responsibilities and meets deadlines).
Competent PC skills in Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrates professionalism and is self-directed, highly organized and has exceptional problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
Displays sound judgment and critical thinking.
Positive attitude (solution oriented and ability to deal with ambiguity).
Ability to deliver and receive feedback.
Strong customer service skill-set.
Displays a close attention to detail.
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time based on client needs
