Summary The lien analyst will work all liability accounts filing liens against insurance companies and working with lawyers and insurance companies to ensure full payment on CHS hospital accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviewing assigned inventory of accounts for patient insurance information When applicable following state laws filing liability claims against insurance companies Continuously reviewing assigned accounts following up with lawyer's and insurance companies for payment When applicable negotiating settlements to reconcile CHS hospital patient accounts

Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
