Community Health Systems Professional Services Corporation seeks a Customer Service Representative for its Franklin, TN, headquarters'
Shared Services Center team.

Summary:
The RCSC Customer Service Representative position is primarily responsible for the day to day customer service duties while establishing helpful/friendly relationships with our patients.
The position will be corporate office-based.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answer in-bound calls from patients in a professional manner
Process return mail timely and accurately
Make out-bound calls as needed
Prepare daily reports in a timely and accurate manner
Promote teamwork via helping co-workers when help is needed while portraying a positive attitude
Demonstrate ability to be flexible and organized while functioning well under stressful conditions
Performs other duties as directed by the Manager, Assistant Director and Director.

Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Knowledge of PFS processes from scheduling through agency placement and final account disposition.
Possess strong analytical skills
Effectively utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work independently in a manner to achieve goals, objectives and productivity requirements.
Knowledge and use of HMS, Meditech, McKesson Star and Siemens Patient Accounting Systems are a plus

Qualifications
Education/
Experience:
High School Graduate minimum education requirement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or call center environment
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools as well as the hospital patient accounting systems.
