A growing healthcare company is looking for 10 Customer Service Representatives who have worked in patient scheduling. The ideal candidate will have worked in the healthcare industry in assisted living, scheduling or on the phones working with Medicare and Medicaid. The customer service representatives will be scheduling appointments between the patients and the nurse practitioners. Customer Service Representatives will be promoting the assessment outreach service to members for various health plans. The Customer Service Representative will schedule visits according to geographic region. This is a high call volume call center, 100
calls a day. The Customer Service Representative will be working on duel screens. This is a business casual work environment. Working hours 1PM-10PM
