The CAM will be responsible for interfacing with corporate and government key contacts and employees to communicate new wireless carrier programs, generate carrier subscription, equipment, and feature sales revenue, gather relevant support requests, build rapport, communicate our Employee Value Program offers, and develop a plan for ongoing tracking of wireless management projects, results analysis, and associated tasks.
Position Summary
Support the processing of wireless service, hardware, and accessory orders by contacting EVP corporate and government customers on a regular basis to determine incremental ways we can add value to our services, relay pertinent support information, develop, coordinate, and streamline new customer programs and extend the tenure of all retained enterprise accounts. Advance the established and trusted partner relationship with HR contacts and other relevant customer roles. Develop and execute an account follow up strategy, and support execution at multiple levels.
Coordinate corporate accounts across multiple Employee Value Program US locations including multiple operating organizations. Stay current and maintain a broad knowledge of wireless service, data solutions, coverage maps, rate plans, complex products and services, and project management skills. Maintain and present a professional image and work environment. Ensure positive interaction and professionalism with internal and external customers on issues. Handle escalated customer issues and direct them to the proper carrier channel in the absence of the account executive or other management staff.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
