Description
Paladin Consulting is currently hiring for aMailroom associateto join our team working onsite at our client's office located inFranklin, TN.
Start / End Times: 8:00 AM / 5:00 PM
Mailroom/Shipping and Receiving position:
This is handling mail/packages that come in to be sorted and delivered to client.
Sort mail to be delivered by using carts and by carrying mail.
Will deliver sorted mail and pick up any outgoing mail.
Will prepare outgoing mail/packages for pick up by US Government Client, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, etc.
Need 1-2 years knowledge and experience with mail procedures and operating mail equipment.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Will be on feet all day and lift packages all day.
Must be professional and have customer service as will see and interact briefly with client as delivering mail.
Need prior mailroom experience.
Ability to demonstrate use of mail equipment per training for example: Postage meters, Envelope printers, Scales, Client Mail Management systems, and FedEx shipping systems.Paladin is an EEOC employer. We drug test and background check!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
