ENCORE POSITION
This position is for the NCU Medical Onboarding Team residing in Franklin TN. Individuals in this position are responsible for reviewing the information received for new healthcare professionals requiring credentialing. Initial review consists of a complete application following NCQA/ CMS Credentialing standards and determining CIGNA contracting and loading requirements are met. When needed, this position will outreach to the healthcare professional office to obtain missing or clarify data discrepancies and document findings. This position will also partner with other matrix teams to include but not limited to Contracting, Credentialing, and Provider Data Management to resolve issues.

- Knowledge of internal systems: Provider Workbench, eTQS and Contract Wizard is a plus
- This position will be required to meet weekly and monthly metrics both individual and team focused

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
