Your Role:
Answer phone system while providing excellent customer service
Direct incoming and interoffice calls accordingly
Greet clients and vendors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate party
Create and maintain files
Data Entry (Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook are a must)
Send and receive faxes and distribute to appropriate personnel
Prepare outgoing mail and packages
Assist sales team with routine and special projects

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
