We're currently looking for a Manager, Nissan Extended Services North America (NESNA) Marketing and Operations to join our team at our North American Headquarters location in Franklin, TN.
Job Summary
Manages the day to day business for NESNA in all areas related to Marketing and Operations, ensuring programs and activities are implemented to meet divisional sales and profitability objectives. Identifies opportunities for improvement. Recommends and manages processes and actions that support the organization's objectives. Manages vendors that support extended service contract products. Those products include vehicle service contracts, pre-paid maintenance contracts, GAP and ancillary product contracts.
Job Functions
Manages the annual pricing reviews to ensure competitiveness and financial stability of extended service contracts programs.
Manages the VSC Dealer Support Call Center.
Prepares and manages department budgets, ensuring expenditures are on target.
Manages the development and enhancement of extended service contract offerings and provides recommendations to management.
Acts as intermediary to resolve issues between customers and dealers or affiliated organizations.
Works with internal I.T. department to identify and update system deficiencies.
Develops and manages new processes, policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction with extended service contract related products and services.
Oversees the development, production and maintenance of all marketing communication materials, including bulletins, POP, brochures and limited warranty integration materials. Ensure that all communication materials meet applicable Nissan and Infiniti visual identity/brand guidelines.
Manages all VSC sales reporting. This includes monthly VSC Performance Reports as well as ad hoc reports for management and field. Reporting utilizes host, PCMI applications as well as Tableau reporting tool.
Manages relationship with Third Party Representation vendors. Monitors compensation plan, general activities, and overall performance.
Collaborates with vendors to provide business-related support to vehicle service contract programs. This includes attending trade shows, keeping abreast of new technologies and reviewing recommendations, determining applicability, and presenting to management and potentially NESNA board of advisors.
Ability to manage Direct Sales Channel for NESNA.
Management Accountabilities:
Has nonexempt through Specialist-level exempt subordinates or contractors. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training and staff development; interviews and selects unit employees; plans and evaluates employee performance; transfers, and promotions; counsels and disciplines employees as necessary; and recommends termination when appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Knowledge and Skill:
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles; strong project management and organization skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and negotiation skills.

Experience:
Ten or more years of directly related professional level experience.
Education:
Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
Supervisory
Experience:
Two or more years as a manager, providing leadership, coaching, guidance, and training and contributing to staff development.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
