Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is accountable for the successful coordination of team events, committees and governance, training attendance, and interworking of the team utilizing technology and process. This position will report to the Deployment Services Vice President. KEY COMPETENCIES:

Responsibilities:
Coordinates team events and large cross functional activities directed by leader Coordinates all governance or committee meetings; agendas, scheduling, minutes, follow up Manages follow up items and reports status with escalations regularly Coordinates IT training for all new hires and refreshers as needed Assists in identifying process gaps or trends Supports relationships with vendors as applicable Works within standard tools to pull reports or research, provide high level analysis and follow up on issues Works within standard tools to manage action items, documentation, and tasks Presentation development and quality reviews as needed Works regularly with leadership to develop standards and best practices to improve efficiency and over-all quality of work delivered by the team, gathering feedback and providing input KNOWLEDGE AND
Experience:
Education:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience, in a science (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, etc.) or business concentration Experience Requirements:
2 years in a coordinator/administrative or service oriented role 2 plus years working in tools for ticket and project management 2 plus years working with data collection and reporting ServiceNow experience a plus Abilities:
Knowledge and experience with governance procedures An ability to see opportunities, create an agenda and influence others A highly responsible, team player driven to improving individual and organizational performance. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
